Teamwork
Webster’s dictionary defines teamwork as work done by several associates with each doing a part but all subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole. In short- the parts working together for the good of the whole. Yesterday at the Beal’s house, that is exactly what the ETO team members did, as each person had their own projects, working toward the common goals of good stewardship, ministering to others, and furthering the gospel in Ukraine. Jessie and Bryan worked in the garden and Teresa and Kelsie worked on correspondence lessons while I oversaw the schoolwork and kept on eye on the little ones. And even though Joshua was rock climbing in Crimea he was building relationships and staying fit. It was a great time of fellowship and building a stronger union as a team. Here are some pictures taken throughout the day.
